I don't think I'd enjoy the toboggan run (am a wuss when it comes to speed) but am glad that Tristram and Sherlock did, especially after that horrible panic attack that Tristram had. :((((( But I really loved John's breathing exercise and that he made everyone join in - and that it ended in laughter.
