Some thoughts:
This was a rather small fest, but given that there were only 2 weeks to both post prompts and produce fics, it did all right. I was pretty surprised by the fact that nearly all of the fics were gen, and there was no smut at all. Whatever is this fandom coming to? ;-)
I was also surprised by the variety of characters represented, and the fact that Harry was not featured in any fic as a main character, although he was mentioned in a few. Perenniel favorite Draco was completely shut out.
There was a lot of emphasis on the older generation characters; in addition to Minerva and Severus being the most popular, there were fics in which Filch, Thicknesse, Voldemort, and the triangle of Tonks/Remus/Sirius were variously featured. Harry's generation, which is usually the most popular, came in an uneasy second.
