Some thoughts: It looks like this was the place to be this summer. The community really pulled through and worked hard to fill wishes for everyone who wanted one. I think it's interesting that the authors were split exactly evenly between those who had posted a wishlist and those who hadn't. I sort of think it would have been nice if more of those who posted wishlists had also filled other people's wishes. The way it ended up, 3 authors accounted for over 1/3 of the wishes granted. They deserve a special round of applause.
The vast majority of the fics (81%) were rated PG-13 or less, so although this was a pairing-based fest, the authors focused more on other aspects of the relationship than simply the sex.
The authors were also very good about keeping within the word count restrictions, with no one going over the maximum allowed. Nearly 2/3 of the fics were less than 1000 words long.
Het was by far the preferred type of pairing, with slash a far distant second, and femmeslash as usual bringing up the rear. Pairings between characters of Harry's generation were also clearly the most popular, with pairings between characters of the Marauders' generation less popular by half. Cross-generational pairings were also fairly popular.
The list of most popular characters has a few surprises; for one thing, Harry didn't even make it to the top 10. Luna, although usually somewhere in the top 10, rarely makes it to the top spot in a non-Luna-centric fest, but here she even beat out Severus and Draco. Women did well overall, taking 5 of the top 9 spots. It's also interesting that Scabior made it to the top 9, perhaps on the basis of his appearance in the recent Deathly Hallows Part 2 movie.
There was no clear favorite pairing, with 6 pairings sharing the top spot, and no pairing appearing in more than 2 fics. It's interesting, though, that Luna is in 3 of those top 6 pairings.
Gryffindor was the most popular House, with unsorted characters coming in second. Slytherin characters made it into a solid third place. Even though on the face of it, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw look sorely neglected, I'm actually impressed that there were that many characters from those Houses represented. Also, those numbers do not reflect how many fics featured a character from those Houses. As we've seen, Luna was in 9 fics, so the number of Ravenclaw fics was actually much higher. By the same token, with Severus, Draco, and Pansy, all Slytherins, the next most popular characters, there were also many more Slytherin fics than these numbers might suggest.
