This is just wonderful. I love that Sherlock's marks are tiny, unnoticeable until John. There's just something so quiet and warm about that, and painful about the assumptions that other people make about it. And the reveal of his John marks is so bittersweet, coming when it does. In my head, when he comes back, he and John do a lot of exploring both of their new marks together. ♥
