I won a freaking Harry Potter wand!

swissmargI'm so excited! A strange package arrived in the mail today. It had no return address, so I carefully opened it (pointing away from me) and found a Harry Potter wand from Warner Bros.! Apparently I entered a contest to win a DH1 DVD a few months ago, and they kept my name on file and sent out a second round of consolation prizes in honor of the DH2 DVD being released in November. I know, it's not November, I'm just repeating what the accompanying letter said. Plus, I think a wand is way cooler (and probably has a higher retail value) than a DVD.
It feels like is made of a dense polymer. It is heavier than you might think and is weighted so it is heavier at the bottom. In the close-up you can see the extensive detailing.
I also think it's pretty cool that it's in a blue box, given that I was sorted into Ravenclaw on Pottermore.
