I agree it won't be *exactly* this way because I don't think they'll do the bit with Sherlock calling John on a helpline, but I do think the reunion scene might be pretty much like this, with John rejecting Sherlock and being too hurt to get back together with him right away, and having his own life (and serious girlfriend, maybe even wife) by then.
