Some thoughts: Of course Harry/Draco is probably the most popular pairing in fandom, so it's no wonder there was both huge participation in this fest as well as huge fics and art.

As art is relatively quick to consume, I was able to peruse all of the art gifts, and the overall quality and depth was really amazing. I would particularly like to single out the first and the last ones, though, namely In the Interest of Peace and Goodwill by aycelcus and Electrical Storm by pink_mint (warning, very NSFW!), for their professional quality.

As usual, the art was generally lower rated than the fics, with only 30% of the art rated R or higher, but a whopping 85% of the fics rated at least R, and in fact 70% straight out NC-17. One caveat, however, would be that at least some if not most of the high rated fics were only rated that high for a single scene, or brief mentions, out of a much longer story. This wasn't a smutfest, but I think a large part of the attraction of the Harry/Draco pairing is the sex, whether it be as a relief to the sexual tension or as a confirmation and extension of a soul-mate's love.

An equally large attraction, however, is the story: how they got together, how they stay together, how they interact, how they heal together, and so on. And that is shown by the stupendous fic lengths. Remember, the minimum was 1,500 words. Only one author really took that literally and stuck right about at that length. Two more wrote a bit more. But the rest exceeded the minimum length by double, triple, ten times, and more. A fifth of the authors wrote Big Bang length stories (over 20,000 words). Clearly, Harry/Draco fans have a lot to say about them!
