There were two moresomes: one slash with 4 males and one het with 4 males and 1 female.

Some thoughts: This was a nicely populated exchange for a quite minor character. The ratings clearly show that the exchange participants enjoy depicting Charlie in sexual situations, with 86% of the gifts rated R or above.

The word counts were interesting in a couple of ways. The bulk of the fics, two-thirds, were in the lower range, as is typical for an exchange like this, but then there was quite a clear break after 6,000 words, with no fics between 6,000-7,000 words and the remaining one-third of the fics forming a long 'tail' from 7,000-18,000 words. Also, there was a smaller break, a fluke, between 3,000 and 4,000 words, with only one fic in that range.

Incest was very popular, with 37% of the fics pairing Charlie with at least one of his relatives. I'm not sure why that should be, other than the fact that the phenomenon of Weasleycest is generally somewhat popular in the fandom. I would expect much the same thing to occur in a Ron-centric fest as well, for example.

Het ended up being more popular than slash, with 63% vs. 37%. Moresomes were also more popular than in many other recent exchanges, with 23% of the fics involving Charlie and at least two other characters at the same time, and in fact I believe this is the first set of statistics I've done where a threesome was the most popular 'pairing'. I also find it interesting that Hermione was the most popular character to be paired with Charlie in a twosome, since I wouldn't consider Charlie/Hermione to be the most common Charlie ship in the general fandom. On the other hand, I wasn't surprised that Bill and Tonks were the most popular characters to be involved with Charlie; but the fact that they appeared together as a threesome so often was a bit unexpected.

It was also interesting that Millicent and Seamus both got multiple features, as those are two characters I have rarely if ever seen paired with Charlie outside of this fest.

Creation time period was actually almost 4 months (and given that I'm a pushover, for most people it was way longer-- LOL).

I was actually surprised we didn't have more Charlie/Hermione, as I think last time they were an extremely popular pairing. No Charlie/Viktor except as a side pairing, which was shocking to me. And the amount of incest in one fest--whoa--we did like our 'cest, didn't we? I don't think I've ever seen quite that much cest outside a strictly cestfest.

The Seamus didn't surprise me, since I knew we had some Seamus lovers who joined us this year, but I was a little surprised that we had two Millie fics. I was the only one who wrote her last year, and since then the only Millie/Charlie fics I've really seen have been for me or one other person--so that was rather surprising and very refreshing to see a big girl get some love!.

All the sexing-- when it comes to Charlie-- not surprising at all. We should really count the fics in which he had tattoos! Fanon!Charlie at his best!

Thanks for putting this together, when you're modding something like this, you spend so much time running around making sure that everything's coded, the typos are at a minimum and no one's unhappy that oftentimes you miss getting to see the big picture, so that was nice.

Thank you! For the creation period, I went by where it said in the rules post (I think) that assignments would be sent out 1 September and due 1 December, but I didn't scroll through all the posts to find when they actually occurred. What were the actual dates?

I would love to have a statistic for how many different tattoos Charlie had, and where they were! Of course that would entail reading all the fics... (the art one is easy ;).

Well, I read all the fics, but now I wish I'd kept track of where the tattoos were and what they were!

Assignments went out August 15 (they were to them the night they closed) and Nobody was considered late if I had their fic by January 3rd. I told you-- Pushover, is me! Actually, I was away on vacation, so I gave them all the time they needed considering there were holidays there.
