Some thoughts: Incest fics are a special corner of fandom, made even more narrow in this fest by being restricted only to slash amongst Weasleys, so the fact that this ended up with 17 solid contributions is a real pleasure. Only one art piece though! *sadface*
The fact that there were exactly the same number of participants as gifts, and that there were no community gifts, suggests that no pinch hitters were needed (although I don't know for sure). If so, that is pretty darn impressive and attests to the dedication the participants felt toward their gifts and giftees.
The mods recommended ratings of at least PG-13 purely because of the incest. Smut was not a requisite, but everyone apparently felt moved to produce it anyway, with all of the gifts rated R or above.
As is typical with mainly smut fests, the word counts were generally modest, with the bulk of the fics (81%) under 6,000 words, although there were a small bunch of longer fics. Interestingly, there was a clear break with no fics from 6,000-9,000 words.
The most popular character was, fittingly, the brother with what I think is the wildest fandom reputation, namely dragon-wrestling, tattooed Charlie. Bill was the second most popular, based largely on the fact that he basically rode Charlie's coattails (perhaps even literally), never appearing in any fic without him. Ron, the next most popular character, was a similar case, only appearing in one fic without Charlie.
Brother/Brother incest was by far the most popular type, although with six brothers to choose from and only one father, it is perhaps understandable. The big gap in this fest, though, was the Next Gen characters. Hugo, Louis, and Fred Jr. would all have been eligible for inclusion, but not a single one made it into the final lineup.
