This is the prompting post for the Baker Street Nativity advent calendar of 221b drabbles, based on a suggestion by getoffmysheet on AO3.

Prompt me with what you'd like to see in terms of missing scenes, pre-fic scenes, post-fic scenes, other characters' points of view, basically anything that could be treated in a 221b drabble that's set in the Baker Street Nativity verse.

Prompt from labellecreation: A ficlet for the manip? Only thing is I don't know where it would fit with the timeline. It implies post chapter seventeen as the kids know then but then the circumstances were not ideal between John and Sherlock at the time. Still I'd love to see how they handle that awkward fact and solve the whodunnit.

From snogandagrope on AO3: Standard fluffy johnlock Christmas prompts are: Sherlock rocking out playing Merry AxeMas style carols on the violin. Decorating the flat (which you could flip to Sherlock making room for John). Egg nog and/or mulled wine.

From a-cumberbatch-of-cookies on AO3: I'd love to see a deleted scene of Mycroft finally realizing Sherlock is must certainly NOT coming to dinner. Then trying to hold in his rage for mummy's sake!

Also perhaps how Sherlock got Gladstone? Maybe the pup was found one cold winter day very near a past Christmas?

And lord knows I'm always down for some more toe curling smut!

I'd like to see the day John moves into 221B. (Is jumping ahead okay for an Advent Calendar?)
It would be fun to see John encourage Sherlock's musical talent - perhaps Sherlock gives a chamber performance or he composes a song for John.

ich würde auch gerne was über Gladstone lesen... entweder Gladstone's POV, wie er aus dem Schlafzimmer verbannt wird und was er so darüber denkt... ob er John mag...

Oder wie Sherlock vergeblich versucht, Gladstone den Flur und das Hundebett schmackhaft zu machen (natürlich erfolglos) und er eines Nachts dann mit Gladstone in dem Hundebett schläft.

Oder... ein POV von einem der Schulkinder... die es total süß finden, dass ihr Ex-Lehrer nun endlich jemanden zum liebhaben gefunden hat.

Oder... Mycroft und Moriarty... nach der Aufführung. Das würde mich wirklich interessieren.

Oder... Morans Kritik in der Zeitung über die Baker-Street-Aufführung.

Puh. Alles andere wurde eigentlich schon gesagt. Reviews trudeln dann noch so nach und nach ein. Wenn es meine Erkältung zulässt, die mich hier gerade flachgelegt hat.

Hoi, ja, sorry, deine Mail habe ich erhalten. Ich gehe gleich und antworte drauf. Ich habe nur so Gemunkel über etwas mit der Jouranlistin Caitlin Moran gehört, aber ich vermeide ganz strikt jegliche Spoilers bis am 1. Januar. Ich gehe seit Monaten nicht auf Tumblr und seit gestern gehe ich jetzt auch nicht auf Twitter. Hoffentlich war es nichts, was das Fandom in ein schlechtes Licht stellt. :(

Oh, doch. Das war es leider.
Die gute Frau hat Martin Freeman und B. Cumberbatch quasi dazu genötigt einen Auszug aus einer Fanfiction zu lesen, wo sich Sherlock und John küssen. Das war so peinlich. Das ging schon gar nicht mehr.
Freeman und BC haben es zwar gemacht, aber man hat gemerkt, dass es ihnen nicht Recht war und BC hat am Ende sogar noch sinngemäß gefragt "Und jetzt? Wozu das alles? Gibt es da irgendeinen Grund dafür, dass wir das jetzt gemacht haben?" Und ihr ist nichts Besseres eingefallen als: "Naja, in meinem Kopf hat sich das besser angehört."
AAARRRRRGGGHHHH.
