The BBC has put up a new teaser for its Christmas programming, including several very short shots from series 3 of Sherlock. I've made some screencaps, which do contain mild spoilers. Feel free to take these if you want, but please do not hotlink. No credit necessary.

You're welcome. They also showed the scene of Sherlock on top of Bart's and John standing in the street looking up at him, but I figured everyone already has those.

I kind of think it's cheating to say something that airs on January 1st of the next year is part of this year's Christmas programming, but at least they are showing the episodes close together.

Thank you for these! While watching the trailer, I have to admit I laughed when Sherlock shows up to "baby please come home." There's some amusingly shippy editing going on here. However, I think it's a safe bet that John did not have fun last year. Ouch.

lol, indeed. I wasn't complaining. I have a lot of feelings about John's sad little face. I look forward to being emotionally devastated by Series 3. :D
